I’ll be screening this scene at UC – Santa Barbara today along with the scene’s leading lady, Carter Cruise. Watch this scene from Our Father here.

There’s nothing sexier than a beautiful woman in a guy’s flannel. Want more Carter? Click here.
A glimpse into the adult world, what’s happening, who’s happening, and a whole lot more in Grantland’s article, Porntopia. There are quotes from a variety of different people both in front of and behind the camera in this article (including, me).
Carter Cruise also gets a whole lot of love for her all-around awesomeness in this article. She took home quite a few (deserved) trophies this award season, in case you didn’t know.

With Carter Cruise and Steven St. Croix on set for Our Father. This was my very first time ever working with Carter and where I fell in love with her.

This past Saturday New Sensations took home Best Taboo Relations film for Keep it in the Family. It was a movie I wrote and directed and is my second favorite title within the genre. However, my absolute favorite title within the “fauxcest” genre, Our Father (a film I truly consider was the best of any I’ve done) was nominated against Keep it in the Family and it lost. Is it ridiculous that a part of me was really disappointed? I still won, but was it for the right title?
For anyone who wants to watch what I consider my best taboo movie to date, check out Our Father here. Then watch Keep it in the Family and tell me which one you think is better!

There is no greater gift a director can receive than watching their cast go on to earn accolades for their hard work and awesomeness! Such was the case last night at the 2015 XBIZ Awards where Carter Cruise won Best Actress, Jessa Rhodes won Best Supporting Actress and Chad White won Best Supporting Actor for their incredible portrayals of college students dealing with the ups and downs of falling in and out of love!
I had the good fortune of falling completely in love with each of them…all truly amazing, wonderful, hard working people!

From the moment I met her, I knew she was something special and it’s been such a joy watching her career blow up before my eyes! Congrats on two well-deserved wins, young lady!
Cuddling with Michael Vegas on set of Happy Anniversary
From comedy to drama to romance, she can do it all.
2014 was a year of firsts for me…
It marked the first time I worked as a full-time director.
The first time I directed a girl/girl release.
The first time I earned a directing award (thank you XRCO and NightMoves).
The first time I directed Dakota Skye, Carter Cruise, Romi Rain, Ryan McLane, Chanel Preston, Dani Daniels, Elexis Monroe, and many incredible others!
Here’s a look back on some of my most favorite moments:
A special thanks goes out to Jeff Koga, who provided ALL of the pictures below. Follow him on Twitter here.
1).
The Year Starts with a Bang at AVN where The Temptation of Eve takes home Best Romance and Best Actress Awards! Watch it here. There is nothing better than watching one of your dearest friends win an award for all their hard work!
2).
I moderate AVN’s very first Men of Adult panel at AEE! The men are just as critical to the adult industry as the women. Here’s to recognizing that!
3).
I talk about romance within the adult world on Vivid Radio along with Penny Pax, India Summer, Veruca James, and Eddie Powell.
4).
I dive head first into the fauxcest genre with Tabu Tales. It has been an incredible creative journey! Such a blast.
5).
I take on the Hotwifing genre and find my mind blown by that lifestyle. Check out some of the hotwifing movies from NS here.
6).
I finally get the green light to direct my very first girl girl film, A Mother Daughter Thing, which is all sorts of fun! Check it out here.
7).
And from mothers, I graduate to sisters. I absolutely love the girl/girl genre. I love surrounding myself with beautiful women and exploring what makes girl/girl sex so powerful!
8).
I direct Dakota Skye for the first time in my absolute FAVORITE Tabu Tales release, Our Father. See why.
9).
I direct Carter Cruise for the first time in my absolute FAVORITE Tabu Tales release, Our Father. I then go on to direct her in Happy Anniversary where I see if she has what it takes to do romance. She kills it and then goes on to act as the lead in Second Chances!
10).
Two of my dearest industry friends (Steven St. Croix and Remy LaCroix) and I celebrate wins at the 2014 XRCO Awards!
We then reconnect for another Tabu Tales release!
11).
I somehow lose all sense of reason and go on to write and direct, The Submission of Emma Marx 2.
12).
I collaborate on every project with my best friend and one of the most talented people in and outside the business, Eddie Powell. He’s the reason I look forward to work every single day. He makes everything I direct look beautiful. He cares more than anyone I know. He is the industry’s finest, yet most underrated talent.
Finally, I wanted to thank all the incredible talent that I was surrounded by throughout 2014! I am looking forward to another creative year in 2015!
